Position Summary:

As an Architect at Zephyrus Engineering Limited you will play a pivotal role in transforming design concepts into functional innovative and sustainable structures. Working closely with crossdisciplinary teams youll drive architectural projects from initial client meetings through design development and execution. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of highimpact projects collaborate with industry experts and bring architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Lead the creative design process for projects developing architectural concepts and detailed plans that align with client goals and our sustainability objectives.

Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand project requirements communicate design proposals and refine plans to exceed client expectations.

Project Management: Oversee the entire architectural lifecycle coordinating with structural mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure seamless integration across all project phases.

Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review design documents specifications and construction drawings ensuring compliance with local codes zoning laws and environmental regulations.

Sustainable Solutions: Apply sustainable and ecofriendly design principles to reduce environmental impact while enhancing building efficiency and functionality.

Onsite Coordination: Conduct site visits to monitor progress assess design implementation and troubleshoot any architectural or structural issues in realtime.

Innovation & Research: Stay updated on industry trends materials and technology and propose new ideas for sustainable cuttingedge designs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.

Licensure: Licensed Architect (or in the process of obtaining licensure).

Experience: 5 years of experience in architectural design preferably in commercial or infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other architectural design software.

Strong understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.

Familiar with LEED certification standards and sustainable building practices.

Knowledge of local building codes zoning laws and regulatory requirements.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.

Teamoriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
