QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with automation, engineering, molding and mixing departments, and other plant and office personnel. Attention to detail and accuracy. Must have good computer skills with a working knowledge of of all plant operations and all compound test procedures and equipment. Must understand mechanical aptitude in a manufacturing environment.

EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent; and two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Basic level math skills
