We are a Life Science's staffing firm based in the UK with our HQ being in London and that foundation has supported us to open a US office based in Santa Monica We specialize specifically in Life Sciences , Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Health Technology, and Medical Devices providing platforms of leadership, self-development, and a culturally rich environment.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Recruiter, you will:
Lead the Charge: Drive full-cycle 360 recruiting for a diverse portfolio of life sciences roles, from R&D to regulatory affairs, clinical trials, and beyond.
Be a Talent Magnet: Utilize your network and sourcing skills to identify and engage top-tier candidates, leveraging innovative strategies and tools.
Partner with Pioneers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their unique needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Shape the Future: Play a pivotal role in our growth by mentoring junior recruiters and contributing to business development efforts.
