Quality Standards Inspector performs quality standards inspections to ensure all homes are built to the company's construction standards. Provide information to the Quality Assurance Advisor for the purpose of changing and improving our construction standards and for the ongoing improvement of quality and customer satisfaction.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect the community construction team's compliance to the company's quality standards and construction methods.As directed, ensure every home receives a thorough initial QSI and QSI re-inspection(s) as required.Assist in the Quality Standards Inspection (QSI) audit programs, safety audit, and SWPP audit programs.Bring to light day-to-day construction related problems and report details to individuals managing the QAA as the QAA's conduct QSI inspections.Ensure that our homes are completed in accordance with specifications and details.Assist in the development and coordination of Trade Partner Quality Programs, ensure conformance with QAR/QSI programs and help monitor implementation.Develop training programs for new Community Construction Managers and Assistant Community Construction Managers.Provide information through the inspection process for the review of all construction processes for cost-effectiveness with respect to standards, details, methods, designs, development of specifications, and approval of construction details.Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and/or related discipline and 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.K.
