The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of both customer-facing and internal systems as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor network resources and perform preventative maintenance
  • Backup network configurations and test our restore process
  • IT Support relating to issues with the internal systems and network infrastructure
  • Document all network standards and procedures
  • Hands on support of Windows server, MS Exchange, MSSQL, MS SharePoint, Active Directory, Group Policies, HTTPS, FTP(S), DNS, SNMP, RDP, HTTP, Monitoring and Reporting Systems


Qualifications

  • VMWare experience of a minimum 3 years
  • Experience managing Windows Servers
  • Experience managing Exchange
  • Knowledge of network hardware, including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers & access points
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN environments and protocols
