Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at EmpRes Operated by Evergreen in Independence, OR. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to patient assessments and care plans.

Qualifications
  • Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Clinical Skills
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Team
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations and Protocols
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Current LPN license in Oregon
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
