It Sourcing And Procurement CoordinatorKwik Trip, Inc. is looking for an IT Sourcing and Procurement Coordinator to assist in managing inventory levels and purchasing IT hardware, software, cameras, and DVRs for Kwik Trip. This role maintains and tracks purchases within defined IT budgets, monitors vendor lead times, and works with the IT Procurement Supervisor to ensure all equipment is available for new builds and remodeling projects.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and maintain IT equipment and consumables inventory levelsUse asset management systems to trigger reorder notificationsForecast equipment needs and schedule purchases with vendorsServe as the primary contact for vendor lead times and deliveriesConduct purchase requisitions, reconcile invoices, and resolve order issuesCraft purchase orders and expedite backorders as neededCollaborate with IT Procurement Supervisor on budgeting and planningCommunicate lead time challenges to IT managementOversee product liquidation, ensuring secure data destruction and maximizing equipment valueAssess vendors through visits, interviews, and quality analysisMust-Have QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED requiredAt least 1 year of experience in inventory management or procurementAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)Understanding of inventory control, supply chain, and demand planningPreferred Skills & TraitsStrong organizational and communication skillsProblem-solving ability and attention to detailIntegrity, adaptability, and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements: Light work: moving objects up to 20 lbsSome standing, walking, and occasional use of stairs/laddersWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours
