In this position, you will be responsible for architecting our clients' HubSpot ecosystems, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives. What You Will Do: Sales Engineering and Planning: Engage with prospective clients to understand their complex requirements and translate these into clear scopes of work that will form the foundation of client contracts and project plans. Discovery and Strategy: Team up with clients to uncover their goals and challenges related to HubSpot. Perform thorough technical assessments, identify enhancement opportunities, and suggest actionable solutions. System Architecture: Sculpt and implement the technical architecture that meets the specific demands of our clients' HubSpot environments, incorporating integrations, data flows, and optimized setups. Implementation: Lead or execute the implementation phase, which may involve custom solution development, integration with third-party applications, and enhancing HubSpot's CRM functionalities while ensuring seamless data flow. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing technical support and potentially manage the client's HubSpot ecosystem for long-term success, optimizing the architecture continuously as business needs evolve. Change Management: Ensure that all updates and modifications are executed in a structured manner to maintain stability for all stakeholders and HubSpot users. Problem Solving and Guidance: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving architectural issues, offering strategic insights and solutions. Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with HubSpot, especially advanced CRM features, integration tools, API management, Ops Hub, and HubDB. Familiarity with JSON, JavaScript, relational databases, and iPaaS platforms (such as Syncari, Boomi, Tray.io, Workato) is highly desirable. Proven skills in integrating and troubleshooting HubSpot and Salesforce interactions. Client Management Skills: Strong communication abilities to convey intricate technical concepts in a user-friendly manner while translating broad business requirements into technical specifications. Project Management: Develop a detailed execution plan that aligns with strategic client directions, including various workstreams and tasks. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
