Novaris Search is currently hiring for a leading Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) specializing in healthcare properties, including senior living facilities, and other healthcare-related real estate assets. Their mission is to provide high-quality, strategically located properties that meet the needs of healthcare providers and their patients, while delivering strong returns for our investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of a diverse portfolio of healthcare properties, including hospitals, medical office buildings, and senior living facilities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and investment returns.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support decision-making and track portfolio performance.
- Tenant Relations: Foster strong relationships with tenants to ensure high occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and lease compliance.
- Lease Management: Negotiate and manage leases, including renewals and amendments, to optimize rental income and property utilization.
- Property Operations: Coordinate with property management teams to ensure efficient operations, maintenance, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management and investors, detailing portfolio performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
- Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence for potential acquisitions and dispositions, including financial analysis, property inspections, and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in asset management, with a focus on healthcare real estate.
- Strong understanding of healthcare real estate markets, including trends, regulations, and tenant needs.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Excellent financial modelling and analysis skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
