Job Description:

As a Junior Draws Specialist, your primary responsibility is to review all construction draws and collaborate with our borrowers to ensure compliance with ABL’s policies and procedures, as well as state/county/town requirements. Reporting to the Operations team, you will focus on managing the construction draw process, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining quality control.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requesting inspections, reviewing reports, and processing draws.
  • Analyzing and reporting on project delays and loans that have not drawn in 90+ days.
  • Managing delinquency and aged loans portfolio monthly, identifying trends, and making recommendations for resolution.
  • Assisting in refining criteria and metrics related to loans in bad standing.
  • Providing daily communication and general customer service support to borrowers.
  • Working closely with the internal accounting department for reconciliation.
  • Interfacing with mortgage servicers, loan buyers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Producing remittance and reconciliation reports.

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent experience.


This is a hybrid role and requires 3-4 days in our Cherry Hill office space.
