Role Overview :
- Take high volume inbound calls from patients
- Schedule new and existing patients for appointments and handle referrals
- Outbound calls to follow up with upcoming patient appointments
- Beginning of week is higher call volume, end of the week it slows down
- Work at a fast pace
Dress Code : Black Scrubs (Client pays for these)
Location : Overland Park, KS 66211
Pay : $16.00-17.00/hr
Schedule : M-F 8:30-5:00
Requirements :
- Experience in a call center environment
- Healthcare/insurance experience preferred but not required
- HS Diploma/GED
