Production Support Associate

Job Description What You'll Do Maintain equipment and facilities to meet safety and quality standards. Use cleaning systems such as CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-Out-of-Place), ensuring safe and correct use of chemicals. Disassemble and reassemble equipment as part of the cleaning process - gaining hands-on mechanical knowledge. Perform inspections and testing to confirm all areas meet requirements before production starts. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and comply with food safety and OSHA regulations. Assist with safety checks, pest control, and team training. Accurately document tasks and maintain compliance records. Adapt to different environments - cold, hot, wet, dry, and noisy - with the support of your team. Who You Are High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required). Experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar environment (1+ year preferred). Comfortable with physical work and hands-on tasks. Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safety. Able to follow directions, ask questions, and work independently when needed. Basic math, reading, and writing skills for forms and instructions.
