Proficient reading and writing skills. Fluent in English./liliExperience: Some experience as a cleaner or janitor is preferred./liliPhysical ability: Cleaners should be physically fit and able to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and carry backpack vacuum cleaners for extended periods./liliCleaning knowledge: Cleaners should have knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and techniques./liliEquipment operation: Cleaners should be able to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor buffers./liliAttention to detail: Cleaners should be thorough and pay close attention to detail./liliTime management: Cleaners should have strong time management skills and be able to adapt to changing schedules./liliCommunication: Cleaners should have good communication skills and be able to follow instructions./liliTeamwork: Cleaners should be able to work independently and as part of a team./liliCustomer service: Cleaners should have strong customer service skills./liliSafety: Cleaners should adhere to all safety policies and procedures./li/ulh3Responsibilities:/h3ulliMaintain cleanliness and organization in the interior of the club./liliMaintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club./liliAssist with service to the members and guests, when required./liliDaily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the management staff./liliMaintain a friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members, and guests./liliCleaning tasks: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, and clean locker rooms, break room, and other common areas./liliSupply management: Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels./liliMaintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities, and report any maintenance or repair needs to management./liliSafety: Follow workplace health and safety rules, and ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and securely./liliCustomer service: Provide excellent customer service and handle any client inquiries or complaints professionally./liliCommunication: Communicate effectively and courteously with co-workers./liliOrganization: Accurately log completed tasks and working hours./li/ulh3Meetings:/h3ulliEmployee Training Meetings/li/ul/div
