As a Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner, you will lead HR functions including employee relations, enforcing company policies, and resolving disputes in the workplace. As an HR Manager you will encourage everyone to work together to create an inclusive workplace culture, improving employee job satisfaction and the business' reputation as a top place to work.
