Minimum 10-12 years of experience in high-quality design projects. Well-rounded and dynamic Architect with experience in all aspects of project design and delivery. Duties include:

· Organize, execute design intent, detail and coordinate complex commercial, educational and institutional projects.

· Assist with proposal preparation, consultant negotiation, project schedules, scope of work definition, fee estimates.

· Manage multiple small or medium sized projects, including client budgets, schedules, programs and project documentation. Collaborate with Principal in Charge and other senior staff on larger projects.

· Must have strong Design, Management and Communication skills.

. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and other management software preferred.

· May serve as a primary point of client contact.
