We're expanding within North Carolina to become the best Fiber internet provider because we're not just sellingwe're creating the best customer experience with the best service availableYou will find all the training, opportunity, resources and earning potential you could ever want here at Ripple FiberExcellent collaboration and communication skills are required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Generating ordersMeeting or exceeding sales targetsPreparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reportsCoordinating sales efforts with marketingUnderstanding and promoting company servicesPreparing and submitting sales ordersVisiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote servicesMaintaining client records within CRMAnswering client questions about products, prices, and timelinesSales Representative Requirements:Understanding of the sales process and dynamicsA commitment to excellent customer serviceExcellent time management and communication skillsSuperb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospectsCold-calling and/or dispatching skills and the ability to transition orders to salesAnalyze sales trends to increase salesDevelop leadership skills with a relentless pursuit of growth and developmentUtilizing CRM to optimize sales callsExerting sales effort necessary to meet sales quotaAchieve and exceed sales targetsTotal Compensation Package of up to $95K + Uncapped No Commission LimitsWe offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package (including 401k packages), various perks and opportunities for growth and development.
