As a Metal Framing/Drywall Apprentice Carpenter with Findorff, youll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals to build and finish interior and exterior spaces. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the carpentry trade while contributing to meaningful projects and developing your skills in a team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with framing interior and exterior walls using metal studs and trackHelp install drywall and exterior sheathingMeasure, cut, and handle materials under the guidance of journeymen carpentersMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow instructions and ask questions to grow your skillsExhibit consistent awareness for personal safety and the safety of co-workersUse appropriate PPE at all times, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and high-visibility gearLift and handle materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basisSupport team efforts and contribute to meeting daily goalsSkills & Qualifications:Willingness to learn and grow in the tradeGood attitude and strong work ethicPhysically capable of lifting and handling materials regularly throughout the workdayDriven to accomplish tasks and take initiativeAwareness of jobsite safety and the importance of teamworkDiversity matters.
