Position Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Regional Manager this position is responsible for the operations and management of a student housing community in Gainesville, FL.

Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of designated student housing property including leasing, maintenance and renovations.
  • Determine needs and requirements of student housing and market rate properties.
  • Create a strong, positive work environment with onsite property management teams and maintain consistent communication to strategize and support the team.
  • Monitor asset performance and operations, recommend corrective measures.
  • Prepare annual budgets.
  • Prepare performance reports and other ad hoc reports as requested by Executive Management.
  • Other related duties and assignments as required.


Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • Previous Student Housing Property Manager experience required 3+ years in management position.
  • Proficiency in Entrata.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
