divh2Project Coordinator/h2pNakupuna Consulting is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator to work as a member of the project management office, focused on the implementation and configuration of advanced wireless networking infrastructure in support of the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN-N) Wireless Lifecycle Refresh and Expansion. This role will be integral to delivering end-to-end wireless solutions across six USMC installations as part of a high-impact modernization effort under the PEO Digital ISTC Program Office. The Project Coordinator will support the gathering and interpretation of technical information, enabling cross-team collaboration, and supporting change management activities. They will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, have a positive can-do attitude, and be confident in analyzing business processes and sharing suggestions for improvement./ph3Responsibilities/h3pThe following reflects managements definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned./pulliOperating and maintaining Common Access Cards (CAC) for USMC Management and Engineering Team members./liliSupporting the Travel and Expense Reports for USMC Team Members./liliSupporting Travel and Logistics Planning events for USMC Team Members./liliAssisting in the creation of complex and professional documents and work products that communicate project aspects to both internal and external stakeholders./liliTracking and maintaining action items using Agile Processes and Methodologies./liliWorking with management and engineering teams to organize and draft supporting documents for client meetings and presentations./liliWorking with management and engineering teams to conduct weekly Project Status Review (PSR) meetings with both internal and external stakeholders./liliSupporting the creation of PSR meeting minutes and maintain required actions and activities lists for tracking project progress and ensure timely submission of completed reports at client-specified frequency./liliAssisting Project Managers in developing and maintaining a project plan throughout the duration of the project./liliKeeping Nakupuna Solutions leadership abreast of project execution, and any issues (e.g., production, equipment/facilities, manpower, project delays, etc.) of potential impact to achievement of client requirements/deliverables or requirements exceeding defined scope of work./liliParticipating in Team meetings, client, and milestone meetings; maintain ongoing awareness of project status./liliDemonstrating problem solving skills when facing impediments./liliSupporting the creation of processes and procedures governing effective/efficient project execution./liliSupporting the development and execution of cross-training plans to ensure continuity of operations, staff development and optimal product quality./liliAssisting Nakupuna Solutions Leadership as required to prepare required documentation, deliverables, or other duties as assigned./li/ulpSupporting the management and oversight of business growth opportunities for the Facilities and Infrastructure Services (FIS) Line of Business. Activities may include:/pulliIdentification, qualification and bid of opportunities to secure new contracts across multiple Federal agencies in the FIS market space./liliSupporting Call Plans and Pipeline as well as lead the capture efforts for new business initiatives./liliContribute to the development of compliant, responsive, and compelling proposal responses./liliSupporting the creation of marketing materials such as past performance write-ups, briefs, and white papers./liliAssist in managing project budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial tracking using advanced Excel spreadsheets./liliMaintain financial data integrity in spreadsheets, track and reconcile project expenses, revenues, and financial metrics, generating reports for stakeholders./liliPerform Estimate at Completion (EAC) analyses to predict final project costs and identify potential overruns or savings./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pEducation/Experience: Bachelors Degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comprehend, analyze, and synthesize complex technical information. It is highly desired that the Project Coordinator have an understanding and experience of networking, voice and data, structured cabling projects, and IT systems./ppThe following experience is required:/pulliUnderstanding of Project Management principles associated with Network Engineering, Information Technology and Agile Project Management/liliExperience with Microsoft Office Applications (primarily Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project)/lipClearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance and Common Access Card (CAC).
