Security GuardNormandy Farms Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security Guard position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Blue Bell, PA.Job Type: Part-timeShift: Varies based on need.Under minimal direct supervision, this role ensures the security and safety of the community by patrolling the buildings and grounds and monitoring the gatehouse. Provides support during the evening and night hours for residents and team members.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrior security and/or emergency response experience is preferredCPR, AED, & first aid certification (certification can either be completed prior to employment or within the 3-month introductory period)Must possess and maintain a valid drivers licenseTeam members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more Eligibility may vary based on status.Acts Retirement-Life Communities is one of the largest not-for-profit owners, operators, and developers of resort-style continuing care senior living communities, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing.
