This individual will oversee monthly and quarterly closes, strategic and annual planning, and key financial analyses. In this role, you'll partner cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholdersincluding commercial, supply chain, and plant operations teamsto drive business performance, improve gross margin and inventory metrics, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.Reporting directly to the Global Endoscopy Vice President of Finance, this position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and collaborate with executive leaders across the Endoscopy Management Board and the broader Boston Scientific finance community. The role offers visibility, scope, and the ability to lead transformation initiatives that elevate financial operations and planning.At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Marlborough, MA office at least three days per week.
