Healthcare Construction Project ManagerThe Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of new construction and renovation healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager or VP, you'll oversee Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll be expected to interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, and take full ownership of project execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day project operations from initial planning through final closeoutManage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and all documentation using Procore and Microsoft Office SuiteCoordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and design professionalsMaintain client relationships and represent the company in meetings and on-siteConduct site visits as needed across Western Virginia and occasionally West VirginiaEnsure quality control, safety compliance, and timely reporting across multiple job sitesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. You should be highly organized, communicative, and ready to take full responsibility for managing complex builds. Experience with hospital systems, medical clinics, or healthcare renovations is required.Qualifications:5-7+ years of construction experience, including direct project management responsibilityProven experience managing healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, etc.)Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and documentationProficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to lead field teams and manage multiple stakeholdersMust be commutable to the Winchester, VA officeDrug screen and background check requiredWhat's on Offer:Base Salary: Up to $150,000 (based on experience)Vehicle Allowance: $800/monthBonus: Discretionary, based on individual and company performanceHealth Insurance: 100% employer-paid for employee (medical, dental, and vision)Retirement: Profit sharing plan (100% employer-funded, with two-year vesting period); 401(k) with no matchPTO: Starts with 2-3 weeks (negotiable), increases with tenureOther Perks: Access to on-site wellness center (free for employees and eligible family members)
