As an Associate in the Investment Banking Program, you will be part of a focused, high-performing team that supports clients through strategic transactions and capital raising. From day one, you will engage in live projects, build relationships with clients and senior bankers, and contribute to the work that helps our clients achieve their objectives in today's dynamic environment. You will join a product or industry coverage group aligned to a specific location, where you will deepen your expertise while developing the technical and strategic skills critical to long-term success in investment banking.What to ExpectThe program begins with seven weeks of comprehensive training in Charlotte, covering financial accounting, credit analysis, valuation, and modeling. You will also prepare for Series 63, 79, and SIE license exams. Following training, you will step directly into deal execution and client advisory work. Your responsibilities may include:Building valuation models and supporting transaction executionConducting company and industry researchPreparing client materials and pitch presentationsParticipating in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussionsCollaborating with senior bankers on engagements across sectors and geographiesSupporting the development of junior team membersThroughout the program, you will receive hands-on coaching, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to support your development.Is This Program Right for You?We are looking for candidates who bring curiosity, accountability, and a sharp analytical mindset. Recognized equivalents will be accepted.Program LocationsPositions are available in San Francisco, with limited opportunities in Los Angeles.Pay RangeCA (San Francisco, Los Angeles): $175,000 YearlyPay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
