  • Produce detailed product strategy documents that outline business cases, product use cases, technical requirements, and financial projections.
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.

Research and Analysis:

  • Analyze current market trends and customer pain points to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.
  • Support sales efforts and guide marketing communications by analyzing and providing insights on product propositions and key differentiators.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights; accurately represent and advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.

Product Execution and Lifecycle Management:

  • Drive the execution of product lifecycle management, including conception, design, development, quality assurance, and launch activities.
  • Define product roadmap and manage the prioritization of product features and capabilities; specify detailed requirements for both prototyping and production.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Establish and monitor quantifiable metrics for product performance, using data to drive strategy and execution adjustments.

Stakeholder and Customer Engagement:

  • Engage and align stakeholders with the product vision; deliver key insights on the market and product trajectory.
  • Regularly engage with the sales team and customers to gather feedback on product usage and satisfaction; manage customer feedback, change requests, incidents, and issues.
  • Ensure all team members and stakeholders are well-informed on product features and benefits; oversee the creation and delivery of training materials and sessions.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners or vendors to enhance product or service offerings; maintain strong relationships with them.


Required Skills and Qualifications


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dynamic product management role, preferably in a company in the MedTech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools and software, such as JIRA, Asana, or similar.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends, technology, and methodologies in product and project management, development, and production.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience in negotiating and maintaining relationships with both internal and external parties.
  • Strong capability to present complex data and strategies in a comprehensible manner to a range of audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability as a team player, working collaboratively to achieve project goals and maintain positive working relationships.

  • Expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and user research, with a knack for translating insights into actionable product features.
