We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage and schedule subcontractors, materials, and equipment deliveries to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address any changes, concerns, or updates.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Lead and mentor site personnel to foster a positive and productive work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial projects, such as retail, office, hospitality, automotive, or healthcare facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
