Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available.The support you need to be successful. There's a team member there to assist you 24/7. Detailed, up-to-date care plans and collaboration with the Family First Healthcare Services North Hillsborough Care Managers will help you feel equipped and comfortable.What You'll Do:Connect deeply with clientsCarry out care plans with oversight from the Registered Nurse (includes assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, medication reminders, assistance using medical devices, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, etc.)You'll Fit In If:You're warm, compassionate, patient, intelligent, cheerful, trustworthy, and reliableYou're deeply committed to caring for othersYou take initiative, are resourceful, and communicate effectivelyYou have an unwavering, passionate commitment to the customer experience and service excellenceResponsibilities:Patient care Instill confidence and trust in patients in a competent and caring manner. Provide hygiene and activities of daily living, socialization, transportation, light housekeeping, such as vacuuming, doing laundry, or cooking meals.Professional development Maintain any specialized training and, if applicable, perform additional and specialized tasks pertinent to the assigned patient or area.Qualifications:Certified by the state as an HHA or CNA, as required. Must have valid Florida HHA or CNA licenseMust pass drug screenMust be able to pass a criminal background check.Reports To The Clinical Supervisor/DONFamily First Healthcare Services in Florida is seeking highly compassionate caregivers.
