Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for our range of two-way radios and wireless communication devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and continuously exploring new markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust sales strategy to attract new clients and manage sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an outside sales representative.
  • Familiarity with CRM software practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • High school diploma; BS/BA degree or equivalent is a plus.
