About the Role:


Job Title: Lead Vue.js Developer


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Charge: Own and manage web application projects utilizing Vue.js as the primary front-end framework.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
  • Technical Expertise: Deeply understand Vue.js and its ecosystem, constantly seeking new ways to leverage its potential for efficient and performant web applications.
  • Technical Breadth: Possess a strong foundation in various technologies including JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, Node.js, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Foster open communication with stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts and project progress.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's Degree a plus).
  • Over 12 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
  • Extensive experience with Vue.js, including advanced concepts and best practices.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Node.js and cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Passion for building high-quality, user-friendly web applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)


Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $130K – $160K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
