We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging and Product design. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:

•          Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

           •          Minimum 4 years of experience in retail packaging design.

           •          Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

           •          Working knowledge 3D softwares such as Adobe Dimensions, Adobe 3D Substance Suite, or SketchUp

is a huge plus.

           •          Illustration skills are a plus.

           •          Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

           •          Excellent problem-solving skills.

           •          Ability to manage timelines effectively.

           •          Must be able to create final files for production.

           •          Experience with creating brands and line extensions.

           •          Creating logical Design systems for branding.

 

Job Duties:

           •          Create sell sheets for presentations.

           •          Photograph products for packaging.

           •          Collaborate with overseas factories to create die lines for packaging.

           •          Die line Creation a Plus

           •          Create spec sheets for factory orders.

           •          Follow up with factories on production related to packaging and product orders.

           •          Ensure products are sampled and manufactured correctly.

           •          Work with sales and production teams on projects. To ensure deadlines are met 

           •          Create digital mock-up packaging for the sales team to present to prospective buyers.

           •          Follow trends and incorporate them into packaging and product design.

           •          Adhere to brand style guides for licensed properties.
