We aim to sign up every merchant, onboard them instantly, represent their brand and products fully, ensure every interaction with DoorDash is seamless, and drive them consistent profitable growth.About the Role We're looking for a Senior Manager, Merchant Strategy & Operations, Merchant Apps to shape the vision and execution of DoorDash's core merchant tools, including the Merchant Portal and Business Manager App. In this role, you'll help merchants operate seamlessly on our platform by ensuring our products are easily accessible, discoverable, and useful to their DoorDash experience. You'll match deep customer empathy with analytical rigor to uncover insights, reduce friction, and design strategies that make our apps and surfaces intuitive and essential. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
