Food & Beverage Operations ManagerThe Food & Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of multiple dining outlets, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and financial success. This role drives operational excellence through effective staffing, rigorous adherence to brand standards, and proactive budget management. The F&B Operations Manager serves as a key liaison between outlets and executive leadership, aligning operational goals with the organization's broader hospitality objectives.What you will do as a F&B Operations Manager:Leads and mentors management and hourly staff to deliver superior service and operational performance. Ensures each outlet maintains optimal staffing levels and fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Implements and monitors comprehensive training programs for all team members. Verifies that each team member is fully equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties effectively, maintaining excellence in guest service and compliance with all company standards.Establishes, maintains, and enforces departmental policies, procedures, and quality control systems. Continuously evaluates processes for efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.Develops and manages annual budgets, operating forecasts, and performance reports. Tracks financial metrics to ensure profitability targets are achieved and takes corrective action as needed to address variances.Verifies and ensures that schedules are developed and maintained by outlet managers to provide maximum coverage during peak service periods while maintaining cost efficiency. Analyzes business volume trends to forecast staffing needs accurately.Reviews and approves team member performance evaluations, promotions, and compensation adjustments. Provides constructive feedback, coaching, and recognition to enhance team engagement and retention.Collaborates with other departments such as Entertainment, Events, and Marketing to coordinate and execute functions, promotions, and special events that elevate the overall guest experience.Monitors and controls food, beverage, and labor costs through effective purchasing, inventory control, and waste reduction practices. Analyzes cost reports to ensure financial efficiency across all outlets.Maintains a deep understanding of food, beverage, and service trends. Demonstrates expertise in beer, wine, and spirits, and ensures that all outlets offer selections and experiences aligned with guest expectations and brand positioning.Provides oversight of outlets managed by other Operations Managers during their absence, ensuring seamless operations, adherence to standards, and consistency in guest experience across all Food & Beverage venues.Upholds the highest standards of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality, presentation, and service consistency in every outlet. Handles guest feedback promptly and professionally to foster loyalty and repeat business.Who We Are:We are Turning Stone Enterprises, a dynamic organization with a diverse range of business operations.
