Title: Nursing Supervisor-Heart and Vascular
Order Classification: Clinic RN
Pay -$98k-145K (depending on years of experience)
M-F 8 to 5
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The Nurse Supervisor will be a working supervisor. The duties will include phone triage but they won’t be assigned 1 specific doc. They will need to understand all 8 providers and the work flows for those providers. They will also oversee the clinical staff – a total of 20 candidates. 10 RNs, 10 MAs. This will include training/coaching/mentoring. It will also include helping them with their yearly goals, scheduling and will be a part of staffing the clinic.
Clinical Specific Information (providers, patient volumes, team vs. one on one):
8 providers:
7 MDs and 1 NP
20 staff – 10 RNs and 10 MAs
Must Haves:
Must have previous leadership role experience and relatable experience. Ideally someone who has worked in outpatient nursing, someone who is a culture fit, supportive for the staff to keep the strong culture they have.
