Precise Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, IN. The Electrical Engineer will provide technical and engineering support services for c-UAS.

Responsibilities:

  • Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, and design, develop, implement, test or evaluate military weapons systems.
  • Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
  • Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
  • Analyzes designs, develops, implements, tests or evaluates products related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons systems.
  • Write procedures, work instructions and design practices criteria to standardize c-UAS Technology work products.
  • Investigate issues pertaining to the c-UAS systems requirements and associated engineering changes.
  • Evaluate technical specifications and applicable performance requirements.
  • Recommend and prepare inputs for test plans, procedures, etc. and provide other recommendation as needed.

Desired Education:

  • Four year ABET accredited Engineering Degree.

Desired Experience:

  • 3 or more years of experience in Electronics Countermeasure Systems.
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with the Department of Defense (DOD) System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process.
  • Familiar with Naval Test Procedures.
  • Competent in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
