We offer competitive compensation with flexibility to allow for work/life balance.Position DetailsThe Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) position works under the direction of a Case Manager/DON and is responsible for aiding in daily living and personal care services, performing assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion, meeting safety needs of patients and using medical equipment safely. Skin care to prevent breakdown of tissue in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
