About This Role:

  • Client is seeking a Data Management Analyst within the Accounting Transformation Team.
  • This position will support significant portions of the Axiom implementation and reporting modernization project.
  • The team is tasked with developing and executing data sourcing and testing requirements to be used to populate Financial and Regulatory Reports.
  • The data delivery automation activities will result in the accurate automated production of significant US Regulatory Reports such as the FR Y-14Q, FR Y-9C among others.


In this role, you will:

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues
  • Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality
  • Adhere to data governance standards and procedures


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in SQL, Python, Data Analysis, Excel.
  • Thorough understanding of the design, development, and implementation of software solution
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI
  • Working knowledge of importing data for use in report software or analytical tool
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Product knowledge in some or all the following areas (loans & leases, deposits, derivatives, securities, equity, capital etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and financial reporting: Federal Reserve, OCC, SEC, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, financial reporting systems, legal entities, and role of regulatory authorities.
