Entry Level RemodelerSuperior Contracting and Maintenance is hiring an entry level remodeler to support our Home Ease residential maintenance and remodeling operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build hands on remodeling experience while receiving consistent, year round work and strong organizational support. Work includes residential remodeling and maintenance tasks such as drywall repairs, light carpentry, fixture installations, troubleshooting, and general home repairs.Responsibilities:Assist with residential remodeling and maintenance projectsSupport drywall, carpentry, and general repair workComplete assigned work orders with quality craftsmanship and code complianceCommunicate clearly with Project Managers and internal teamsMaintain professional conduct and customer service standardsUpload job notes, photos, and job status updates in the online vendor portalFollow company protocols, safety standards, and timelinesRequirements:Strong communication skills and professional demeanorReliable, punctual, and consistent follow throughTruck, van, or SUV requiredBasic to complete remodel toolset requiredPrior remodeling or maintenance experience preferred but not requiredAbility to lift, carry, and transport tools and materialsValid driver's licenseComfortable using a mobile or web based portalMust reside in the United StatesDisqualifiers:Inability to provide a valid I9 or W9 with a valid Tax IDFailure to complete required onboarding or trainingPoor communication or repeated missed appointmentsContractor Classification:This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own tools, transportation, and applicable insurance.Benefits:Eligible contractors may opt into the Contractor Insurance Incentive Program after completing the probationary period.
