We are interested in speaking to individuals with exceptional interpersonal skills who have a passion for all dimensions of wellness and working with our vibrant population in Assisted and Independent Living settings. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for this position.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Administer all scheduled massage treatments.
* Maintain an ongoing repeat clientele.
* Be prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
* Take detailed histories from clients including information about any injuries, recent surgeries, or conditions and note on clients’ record.
* Listen to clients during the session and adjust technique/pressure to meet their needs.
* Schedule and complete record keeping according to standard operating procedure.
* The ability to motivate others to lead a healthy lifestyle.
* Promote FellowshipLIFE’s brand, mission and values.
*Position Requirements*
* Must hold and maintain a current state of New Jersey license.
* 2+ years’ experience as a professional Massage Therapist.
* Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
* Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
* Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to perform massage services during a 20-minute massage demonstration.
* Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment preferred.
* Ability to perform massages on diverse clients.
* Flexible schedule.
