Educational Sales Consultant, Northeast TexasIXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an Educational Sales Consultant to join our field sales team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of both the IXL and Rosetta Stone K-12 platforms.At some companies, sales is a science. At IXL Learning, it's more like an ever-evolving art. We are looking for creative thinkers who can master our strategies and processes, and then come up with even better ones. The ideal candidates will have a competitive spirit and get a thrill from playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of our products. We're seeking people with energy and compassion, who can make learning about IXL and Rosetta Stone an enjoyable experience for educators.This is a remote position for candidates located in northeast Texas, preferably Waco, Tyler or Southern Dallas.What You'll Be DoingEffectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers virtuallyDevelop a keen understanding of customer needs and values in order to provide personalized assistance throughout the sales processMeet sales goals on a consistent basisHelp to design and implement new and creative sales strategiesUnderstand and keep up-to-date with ever-changing market trendsProvide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customersGather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offeringsPromote IXL and Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences nationwideDaily travel in territory to customer sitesWhat We're Looking ForBA/BS degree3+ years of educational sales experienceClassroom experience and/or a related educational field preferredFamiliarity with Web-based technologiesAptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlinesAbility to apply energy and creativity to meeting sales goalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPassion for bringing technology into the classroomAbout IXL LearningIXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
