Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead efforts to drive process improvement, report standardization, automation, and forward-looking analytics.
  • Act as a business partner by delivering value-added analytics to support strategic objectives.
  • Introduce and manage new financial reporting and visualization tools, such as Power BI.
  • Develop and coordinate revenue budgets and forecasts, including timelines, deliverables, storylines, and presentations.
  • Identify and recommend strategies to improve profitability and prepare various analyses to drive business insight and assess financial risks and opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive financial experience, including at least 3 years in financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in Power BI and Great Plains preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
