Our RN Residency helps new graduates transition into their nursing practice by emphasizing orientation, education, and evidence-based practice. About the Role:
The RN Residency Program is a structured and comprehensive 12 month program for licensed registered nurses with less than 1 year of experience as a RN.
This is a general application. Please submit your application and resume if you are interested in any of the cohorts/campuses/ specialties listed below.
Support:
This program supports your transition into professional nursing practice through:
- 14-24 weeks of orientation with a dedicated Preceptor
- Mentors, Nurse Managers, & Nurse Coordinators
- Use of our state-of-the-art Simulation Labs
- Quarterly seminars
- Didactic learning

Available Cohorts:
- Summer 2024- begins in July 2024
- Fall 2024- begins in October 2024
- Winter 2025- begins in February 2025
Compensation:
- Starting rate is $32.16 plus shift and weekend differentials
- We are currently offering a $10,000 sign on bonus for our Medical/Surgical positions.
Eligibility:
- Must have active GA or multistate RN license before the start date of program
- An active RN license is not required at the time of application
