Job Opportunity With Holland Roofing Of CincinnatiHolland Roofing of Cincinnati, located at 7450 Industrial Rd. Florence, Kentucky, is seeking 20 roofer helpers for temporary full-time employment. The role involves assisting roofers by performing duties requiring less skill, such as supplying, holding materials or tools, setting ladders and scaffolds in place, hoisting or carrying materials to roofs, and removing old roofing material. You will also assist roofers with roof installation and repairs and clean the work area and equipment. No education or experience is required.The employer offers 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, depending on weather conditions. Workers will be needed starting from April 1, 2026, to November 30, 2026. Multiple job sites are available in Bracken, Hamilton, Campbell, Gallatin, Brown, Warren, Pendleton, Kenton, Ohio, Grant, Butler, Clermont, Boone, and Dearborn counties in the Ohio/Kentucky metropolitan area.Workers will be paid no less than $22.51 per hour. Overtime hours may vary depending on weather or other conditions, and will be paid at $33.77 per hour. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid weekly by check. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law.Optional shared housing is offered during this temporary time frame. The cost of housing is $200.00 per month and will be deducted from the employee's paycheck. If the worker completes 50% of the period of employment, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or earlier dismissal, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.The employer will provide daily transportation to/from worksite locations to/from a central pick-up location. The employer will reimburse in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
