You will work in partnership with a squad leader supporting a Trading Solutions squad, delivering new and evolving order entry and order management capabilities.As a Product Delivery Senior Manager, you would blend knowledge and practice of product management and business analysis skills to drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle. You have a passion for empathizing with customers, defining the problem statement, generating solution ideas, collaborating, and seeing products come to lifeThere are three primary principles of being a great Product Delivery Senior Manager in Product Solutions and Strategy:Strategy & Planning: Understanding the problem or the why and aligning it to the missionExecution: Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver your team's workService, Support & Evolution: Seamlessly deploy your product and support it after the launchThe Expertise and Skills You Bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience required; MBA preferred.5+ years of experience working with customer service, product management, or tech development teams; demonstrated strong analytical skills and is technologically adaptable.Bring a voice of influence to your squad and interdependent teams by embracing the shared vision and fostering collaboration.
