They are looking for a skilled AI/ML Counsel to join their legal team and support their continued efforts in applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to drug discovery, molecular simulation, and biophysics.


Some key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Identify and mitigate risks, define policies, and establish and maintain best practices for AI and machine learning initiatives, including in areas such as intellectual property, regulatory compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and legal compliance.
  • Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of contracts related to AI and machine learning projects.
  • Provide guidance on the structure of transactions related to AI and machine learning efforts.
  • Advise company leadership on emerging legal and business issues.


A qualified candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of legal experience, preferably with experience working in-house at a technology company
  • Expertise in the legal landscape affecting AI and machine learning.
