Responsibilities include:Maintaining store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employeesMeeting sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staffCompleting company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work resultsAchieving financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expensesMaintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirementsManaging and assigning tasks appropriately to ensure the stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept, and customer readyEstablishing rapport with customers building loyalty and long-term relationshipsCreating a positive, motivating, team-based environmentInvestigating and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional mannerAnalyzing daily sales and expense information and performing all other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profitsSafeguarding and accounting for all money received and being responsible for banking requirementsQualifications include:High school diploma, or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience in a retail/customer service environment1 year supervisory experienceAbility to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per dayAbility to lift 25 pounds without assistanceReliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekendsWe offer a comprehensive benefit package for all full-time positions including medical, dental, paid vacation, sick days, free tanning, product discounts, and a fun, competitive environment.LST Austin, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
