Comfort Keepers is looking for Part-time and Full-time Caregivers in the London area to join our team. At Comfort Keepers, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and other adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their homes. As a caregiver, you will be supported by a team of caring professionals who will help you deliver one-on-one care that not only meets the needs of our clients but enhances their quality of life.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Personal Care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services
- Provides transportation to doctor’s appointments, beauty shops, etc.
Caregiver Requirements:
- Companionship and/or Personal Care experience, preferred
- Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within Laurel, Knox, Whitley & Rockcastle counties
- Up-to-date car insurance in your name, registration and valid KY Driver’s License
- Ability to pass background checks and work-related references
- Must pass drug testing
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or care for a family member is preferred but not required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Client home setting and automobile. Contact with blood or other body fluids may pose a risk for exposure to blood borne pathogens and infectious diseases.
POSITION PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work requires moderate physical exertion on a regular and recurring basis, such as driving, assisting clients in transfer activities and ambulation, and light housekeeping. Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, see, reach, kneel, and crouch. Lifting only up to 25 pounds is permitted and may be required.
