As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies at our clinic facility.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Conduct regular assessments to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities at the clinic facility
- Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans specific to the clinic setting
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy at the clinic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Assistance with certification/recertification for Behavioral Technicians
