All About ABA, LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in our new clinic setting

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies at our clinic facility.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Conduct regular assessments to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities at the clinic facility
  • Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans specific to the clinic setting
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy at the clinic

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Salary: From $20 Hourly
