To further our mission, we're seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager who excels in driving strategic partnerships, unlocking new growth opportunities, and shaping the future of digital advertising. The Partner Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team drives growth through innovative programs with our most strategic advertisers and partners. We're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to architect and scale our enterprise ABM strategy across our most strategic global partnerships. As a Principal, you'll drive transformational growth initiatives that shape how we engage with advertisers and global agency networks, directly creating measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic B2B marketing leader with a proven track record in the advertising industry, combining high-level thinking with hands-on execution skills in digital marketing and emerging technologies. You should excel at leading cross-functional teams, developing integrated campaigns, and managing complex client relationships. We're looking for a skilled relationship builder adept at executive stakeholder management across all levels and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Your combination of strategic vision, technical acumen, and executive presence will be crucial in establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while mentoring rising marketing talent across the organization. Above all, you should be a customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial self-starter passionate about driving results.Key job responsibilities:Develop and own the ABM strategy across 1:1 or 1:few programs for strategic accounts and partnersOrchestrate complex joint go-to-market plans with sales, marketing, partner, and product teams to support account growth and partner-led opportunitiesDrive personalized, bespoke marketing tactics to engage multiple decision-makers across target accountsLead integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, and executive engagement tailored to specific accounts or partnersCollaborate cross-functionally with lifecycle marketing, content, product marketing, sales, and partner teams to ensure consistent and personalized executionCreation of custom content, sales enablement materials, and partner co-marketing assetsTrack and measure account engagement, influence on pipeline/revenue, and campaign ROIUse insights to refine targeting, messaging, and tacticsServe as a voice of key partners/accounts internally to inform product, messaging, and experienceProvide regular updates to stakeholders and partners on campaign progress, results, and key insightsBasic Qualifications:9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience communicating results to senior leadershipExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messagingExperience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectivesAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
