Logistics Analyst / Logistics SpecialistWe are seeking a Logistics Analyst / Logistics Specialist to support FAA programs by managing the procurement, tracking, and lifecycle oversight of mission-critical systems and components. This role ensures that all parts and equipment procured align with approved specifications and supports inventory management for radar, antenna, radio, and computer systems. The Logistics Specialist will also identify logistics shortfalls, manage diminishing manufacturing sources (DSMS), and support system sustainment across FAA facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesProcure and manage FAA system components, ensuring parts purchased match approved technical and configuration requirementsVerify compatibility and correctness of parts against system specifications and documentationPerform inventory management and tracking for radar systems, antennas, radios, and computer systemsMonitor inventory levels, equipment age, quantities, and lifecycle statusIdentify and report logistics shortfalls, gaps, and risks impacting system availability or sustainmentTrack and manage Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DSMS) issuesSupport forecasting, replenishment planning, and lifecycle management activitiesMaintain accurate logistics and inventory records in applicable tracking systems and databasesCoordinate with engineering, program management, and vendors to resolve supply chain and sustainment issuesSupport audits, compliance reviews, and reporting related to logistics and inventory controlRequired QualificationsExperience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain support for technical systemsFamiliarity with managing parts and equipment for radar, communications, or IT systemsExperience verifying part compatibility and configuration accuracyKnowledge of inventory tracking, lifecycle management, and shortage mitigationStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsSenior-levelMinimum of 15 years' with bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or Business Administration is preferred5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degreeMaster's degree or MBA in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 3 years' experiencePhD in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 7 years' experienceCompensation Ranges: $64,620 - $135,625Mid-levelMinimum of 10 years' with bachelor's degree in any field. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
