Wieland is hiring a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting CNC equipment and ensuring Planned Maintenance (PM) procedures and machine repairs are completed in a safe and timely manner.. This role is located in Coldwater, Ohio and will be fully on-site. Starting Pay: $28.51 - $32.55 based on experienceSchedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay Schedule: Weekly Responsibilities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:Repair CNC Machinery, Manual Machine and Machining CentersInstall, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controlsTroubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsUse machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issuesIdentify and replace parts as necessaryComplete testing and make adjustments of parts as neededComplete planned and preventative proceduresWork based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditionsRunning tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendationsOther duties as requiredMaintenance Technician Qualifications:High School Diploma; technical certificate is a plusMinimum 5 years CNC Maintenance ExperienceAbility to work unsupervisedAbility to comprehend verbal and written instructionsAbility to multitask job duties effectively and efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer skills to run multiple software applications, such as Excel, Word, Notes, etc. Qualifications Wieland is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
