The Impact You'll Have:

Alliant Engineering has a great opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join our beautiful downtown Minneapolis office As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the ability to be a part of a cohesive Land Development Engineering team. Jump start your career by working on a range of projects from residential communities for national and local developers to a diverse scale of commercial and industrial projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience land development design or construction management is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities, organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent technical, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D software
  • Excellent analytical and PROBLEM-SOLVING capabilities, organization and multitasking is preferred
